Indulge in Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza without Bloating!

Gino's Brick Oven Pizza Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato

The “kuresos” headed to Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza for our regular date and we truly enjoyed their food. We also got the best value for our money.

“Enjoy a freshly baked pizza from the brick oven and get away from the greasy oil on your crust that will leave you bloated after eating! “

The Food

We highly recommend their Salted Egg Pasta. It may sound bizzare but believe me – it was REALLY good!

Salted Egg Pasta

Salted Egg Pasta (210 PHP). The soft texture of the salted egg goes well with the sauce..

We also loved their Stuffed Chicken. It was crispy, oozing with flavors, and it was the perfect pair for this oil based pasta.

Stuffed Chicken

Stuffed Chicken (395 PHP). Their was a wonderful balance between the flavorful crisp of the chicken and the bland taste of the pasta.

Meat Pizza

Meat Pizza (515 PHP). The crust of their pizza is not greasy which makes it an excellent choice of a pizza place! In fact, the bread has a wonderful crisp from the brick oven that you can feel in every bite. Highly recommended since you won’t have that bloated feel after eating.

One pizza trick I learned, adding honey on your pizza will balance all the flavors on it. Gino’s has a generous bottles of spicy honey which you can drizzle on your pizza!

House Salad with Burrata

House Salad with Burata (395 PHP). The kesong puti mixed with cream and mozarella on this salad plate is for the win! Replacing the typical strong taste of a salad dressing with kesong puti gives it a very mild but crazily great taste! I love this salad very much!

kuresos

Laid back Friday look of the kuresos. It would be another month before we can reconcile our schedules again.

The Place

The place is relatively small with people waiting outside. So, manage your expectations as you could not really linger here for long.

Value for Money

Definitely! When you go out, you can really say that you got the best deal for your money: the food is great but not pricey and the serving is hefty.
